Seen in the Small Things
A FREE 7-day devotional for moms navigating the seemingly ordinary, sometimes overwhelming, and often unseen parts of motherhood.
This Mother’s Day season, I wanted to shed light on the parts of motherhood that don’t always get named.
The in-between parts.
The oftentimes unseen parts.
The early mornings. The mental load. The repeating yourself again and again. The quiet emotional work no one sees. And if the middle of it all, there may be moments where you wonder: Does any of this actually matter?
I wrote this devotional for that place.
Not the polished version of motherhood, but the real one.
A 7-Day Space to Slow Down
Seen in the Small Things is a free 7-day devotional for moms navigating real life.
Each day includes:
A short devotional rooted in Scripture
A reflection + prayer
A Therapist’s Note to help you understand your thoughts and emotional patterns
A Faith + Psychology section to gently reconnect you with truth
This is a space where faith and emotional health meet in everyday motherhood.
Not to add pressure, but to help bring grounding and peace.
Why I Created This
In my work as a therapist, I often sit with moms who carry so much internally, yet rarely have space to pause and name what’s happening beneath the surface.
Thought patterns like:
“I’m not doing enough.”
“I should be handling this better.”
“I’m failing in small ways that probably matter.”
And beneath that…exhaustion, love, guilt, and deep care are all tangled together.
This devotional was created to help slow those thoughts down and replace them with something steadier, more truthful, and more compassionate.
What You’ll Receive
Over 7 days, you’ll be invited to:
Notice what’s happening in your mind
Ground yourself in truth (not pressure)
Reconnect with God in the middle of ordinary life
Remember that small, faithful moments matter
You don’t need perfection here.
You just need a place to take a moment to reflect and take a breath.

A Final Word
If no one has said this to you lately:
You are not invisible.
You are not behind.
You are not failing in the ways you think you are.
Motherhood is Kingdom work, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
And God is with you there.
I’m cheering you on, mama!
Also, if this devotional encouraged you, feel free to share this post with another mom who may need it too.
